Why We Built
EduCleva
In many schools, both public and private, daily operations are still managed manually, from handwritten attendance registers to scattered Excel files for results and fee tracking. It’s time-consuming, error-prone, and frustrating.
One of the biggest pain points we observed was exam and result management. Teachers often spend days manually calculating CA and exam scores, applying grading schemes by hand, and formatting bulky report sheets. Errors are frequent. Results are delayed. Parents receive late or inaccurate results and administrators struggle to track performance over time.
The situation isn’t better on the finance side. Many schools still process fees manually, without proper invoicing, tracking, or payment history. Balances go missing. Reconciliation becomes a nightmare. Parents are unsure what they owe, and schools lose revenue due to poor visibility.
On top of it all, data inconsistency is everywhere, from duplicated student records to misaligned class lists, from paper-based attendance logs to conflicting staff assignments. Schools operate across multiple tools (if any at all), with no centralized source of truth.
